THE REIMAGINED GARDEN FLAT

WANDSWORTH, LONDON

A substantial transformation of a garden flat in Wandsworth, significantly reconfigured and extended in collaboration with the architect and landscape architect.

The interiors were designed to respond to the newly enlarged and reconfigured spaces, with a more expressive palette of colour, pattern and wallpaper introduced throughout. A long corridor was made highly functional with continuous built-in storage, while the bathrooms were designed with bolder choices including Calacatta Viola marble tiles in the family bathroom and a black stone bath tub in the ensuite

The result is a contemporary garden flat with a distinctly layered and colourful character, balancing the clean lines of the new architecture with richer decorative elements and moments of contrast.
